TERMS & CONDITIONS

Documents: US citizens require a valid passport with a minimum 6 months validity. Other nationalities, please inquire with the appropriate embassies.

Registration and Deposit: Deposit of $2,000 per person is required upon signing up. Please submit a completed registration form and a copy of your passport to guarantee the seats. Final payment is due 90 days before the departure date.

Cancellation: Minimum cancellation fee of $100 from the time of registration. Please refer to the Registration Form for more details.

Medical Condition: Participants who require special assistance must be accompanied by a qualified helper who assumes total responsibility for the participant's well-being. Global Destinations LLC is not responsible for any medical conditions that occur prior, during, or after the tour. Prices: Tour prices are per person, based on two people sharing a double or twin-bed room. Single rooms are subject to availability and an additional cost. All prices are based on rates and fares applicable at the time of quotation and based on the minimum number of paying passengers of 30 and therefore subject to change if the group does not reach the minimum required participant. Travel Insurance: Optional and highly recommended. Please indicate your decision in our registration form.

Baggage: One check-in bag with a maximum weight of 50 lbs and 1 carry-on with a maximum dimension of 8"x12"x20". Luggage is the passenger's responsibility and that of the airline. For lost luggage, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly. Please check with the airlines regarding luggage rules and regulations.

Not Included: Passport and Visas, meals not mentioned, beverages with meals, extra beyond standard menu, excess baggage, telephone calls, fuel surcharges increase.
